We believe strongly in the value of our documentary approach to wedding photography.
Along with great portraits and detail photography, our main emphasis is in unobtrusively capturing emotion between the couple as well as their celebration with their family and friends.
With that in mind, we’ve decided to give our clients the opportunity to tell us about their favorite images and what those pictures mean to them.
We’re starting the feature with some images from Clary and Robert’s Charlotte wedding. We asked for a single image but they said they had a hard time picking just one.

Clary said of this image taken at the rehearsal dinner, "I've been told by a close family friend that every woman should have a photo with her husband like this: his hand on my shoulder in love and support."
"This one is of Robert's maternal grandfather, Robert's namesake, and me. Robert was the first of the grandchildren in his family to get married and our wedding served as a kind of family reunion celebration. This photo captures the first time I had the opportunity to meet "Grandpa Bob."
"I love the romance of this depiction of one of our first kisses as husband and wife."
