It was great to witness the close family ties that were evident throughout Amy and John’s wedding.

John’s brother led the Mass while his father served as best man, his brother and brother-in-law were both groomsmen and Amy’s sister-in-law was matron of honor. It was easy to see the close relationships they both had with their parents and grandparents.

Following the ceremony at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, everyone traveled to Carmel Country Club to celebrate.

Peter Zay, a talented photographer and instructor, gave me a great assist in documenting the day. Peter and I have worked together many times photographing North Carolina Dance Theatre dress rehearsals.

Congratulations to Amy and John and their families!

Day and George had a beautiful spring day for their wedding at Myers Park Presbyterian Church followed by a raucous party at Charlotte Country Club.

It was a pleasure to witness the close relationships in both families as each included various family members in events throughout the day.

It was so nice to see a couple of our former wedding clients enjoying the celebration.

I got another fine assist from photographer Adam Coker, who helped me on another shoot a few weeks back.

Working with May Chrisman and the excellent staff at Charlotte Country Club always makes for a great night. And the incredible Atlanta Showstoppers had the dance floor crowded all night long.

Congratulations to Day and George and their families.
